I would wish to talk to their manager but he/she is not available.
They sent us the same guy to clean our aircon for the last two times we got their services for aircon cleaning. Since then ang aircon namin nagkaka molds/moss na and started leaking inside our room. additional problem sa amin. the Reac guy#1 said the problem was the position of our aircon which should be tiltled and kaya daw nagkakalumot na ang aircon. Tilting position ba ang problema? I wonder why there were no molds/moss since we installed that aircon since a year and a half na namin ginagamit.
Mula ng sinabonan nya yung aircon which is the first time I noticed them doing it ( sa amin pa humihingi ng sabon which I think dapat kasali na yun sa bayad eh )dun nagsimula magkalumot ang aircon namin.
May mali pa syang nabalik na part kaya they have to pull out the aircon once again after they have returned it. We noticed too that our aircon started making a weird noise an hour after they left. nakakadisturb po talaga sa tulog namin. then the leaking started. yun pala clogged na dahil sa molds inside. nagkakasakit na kami ng anak ko and sumasabay everytime nagstastart yung leaking sa loob ng room. probably the molds/moss in the air triggers our allergy.
the second time we called Reac we complained about these na. pinadala ng may ari at first sabi nung reac guy#2 di sila na advise ng may ari na cleaning at repair. they have to go back the next day na dahil kulang na ang time for them to go back wala silang dala panlinis ng aircon.
the next day they came ang pinadala nila si reac guy#1 na naman yung unang nagsabon ng aircon namin. tumalikod pa sya pero sabi ko familiar yung face nya halos ayaw nya humarap sa akin. I recognized him. kilala ko sya so I told him what had happened since he cleaned our aircon the last time. di ko sya pinagalitan unlike what he assumed. of course right ng customer na malaman ng service guy ang mga naging problema namin since sya yung last touch ika nga sa aircon namin.
mali din namin why we let him touch our aircon again. bat naman kasi sya ang pinadala ng Davao Reac uli sa amin with them knowing na sya yung guy naglinis ng aircon namin kaya nagkaproblema na kami.
Pano yan kagabi nag leak na naman and mas madami na ang nilabas nitong tubig. hassle po talaga napuyat kami pati ang anak namin dahil we have to pull out everything kasama ang bed foam nya. we were awake madaling araw naglilinis ng room. how inconvenient is that!
we called Davao Reac again, I wanted to talk to the manager this time pero sabi ng babaeng nakasagot wala raw sa office. I had to voice out my concerns. affected na ang health namin ng anak ko. di naman kami nagkaproblema sa molds dyan sa aircon namin not until nag last touch si Reac guy#1 nung first time nyang sinabonan ang aircon. yun kasi nakikita ko ibang ginawa nila. sana the company will send us a more competent staff na this time. we pay them properly may tip pa nga kaso ang kalabasan nasira pa ang aircon namin since then. di naman yata tama yun. ang mahal kaya kung bibili kami ng bagong aircon.

I would like to suggest to the manager of this service center to check his employees. I went to have a replacement of my freezer door. I brought along the damaged door but they insist of the model and serial number AND PAYMENT. They made an apptment wd me to come after my office hour but to my dismay they have closed the store when I arrived in fact they set the time and I called before I went. I WAITED FOR ONE HR FOR A STAFF TO COME BACK TO GIVE ME THE ITEM. TO MY DISMAY THE FREEZER DOOR DOES NOT FIT MY UNIT. HAY . . . PAALIG ALIG. SO PARANG THEY ARE MAKING FUN OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THANKS ANYWAY FOR THE EXPERIENCE. I SHALL RETURN FOR MY REFUND OF PAYMENT . . . PLUS THE LOAD I SPENT TO AIR MY HYSTERICS AND STRESS. YON CGURO ANG DISCOUNT PACKAGE NA THEY ARE REFERRING SA PINAMUMUDMUD NA FLIERS NILA.
