i would like to raised my complain what we’ve had experience last night. We ordered last Sept 7 and deposited 1,500 for ordered confirmation and scheduled to pick up on Sept 10 around 5pm.
At around 7pm yesterday Sept 10 when we about to claim our order they said it’s already picked up. We wondered why who then pick up our order since the receipt is with us. The man said (He didn’t give his name even we asked several times) he said no more lechon for us already and it’s not their fault because the one claimed was in their list also!!!
We told them why it happened since we called before we go to their store and claim our order and they said it’s ready for pick up!
It took us almost an hour for arguments because they insisted it’s not THEIR FAULT WHY IT HAPPENS.
Thye deliver our order almost 10pm?????
What kind of service do you. Your people doesn’t know customer relation!!!! mao pay mangisog bisan sayop nila!!!
@ ANNE: Hi Anne, it’s so sad hearing your experience. You must feel really frustrated. After reading your letter we immediately checked our records and investigated on the case. However, we did not find anything that would link us to this incident. We even interviewed our people and none of them claimed that there was such incident. Nonetheless, we still are very concerned, we would like to get the full details. May we ask additional information such as in which stall you ordered it from and placed your downpayment, the name of the one who placed the order and received your order.
